Two views on which "smart" phone to use -
iphone - Peter swears by his iPhone, it’s easy to set up, intuitive and has thousands of add on "apps" that do everything from movie lookup to online banking. The other day another agent in Peter’s office paid him a visit and exclaimed that she had just bought a iPhone and felt really stupid that she hadn’t listened to him months ago – so there!
One of the most innovative that we recently discovered is Visuals for Facebook – for a dollar this app will look at your iPhone contacts then login into your Facebook account and pull back all your friends profile photos for your contacts – so next time a friend calls you their profile photo shows up on your phone, how cool is that?!
HTC Touch – Drew loves his HTC; the size, easy-to-use touch screen and the Windows Mobile 6 operating system make this the perfect phone for business. Don’t get me wrong, this phone isn’t nearly as “fun” as the iPhone and the web browser isn’t even in the same league as the iPhone; however, it is a terrific business phone.
Stylish, smart and versatile, it quickly accesses my email, text messages and syncs beautifully with my windows pc and office 2007. Though the HTC has a large 2.8” touch screen and is optimized for entertainment so you can listen to music and watch tv or movie clips, it feels more like a sophisticated tool rather than a “fun toy”.
