Sign up for web hosting and register the domain name of you choice with HostGator. You do this part so the domain and hosting are in your name and under your complete control.

You will also need to purchase a theme template – we recommend either Agent Theme from StudioPress or Thesis theme from Diy themes. You do this part so that the theme authors will offer support directly to you in case you need help. We offer several levels of setup to suit your needs:

• We will install the theme of your choice
• We will install and configure required plugins
• We will set up 5 categories and 5 pages ready for your copy. Advice on how to choose here
• We will incorporporate a header graphic of yours into the theme template
• We will deliver the completed project with documentation to start building your content.

Our charge for this service is $299 plus $17.95 per month for access to our numerous tutorials (cancel subscription at anytime) – normally completed within 48 hours, subject to receiving your category and page titles. 

Blog site ready to go

• Includes all the above, plus:
• Installation of your choice of IDX property search on one page
• Posting your copy and formatting up to 5 pages and 5 blog posts
• We will deliver the completed project with documentation to start building out the rest of your content.

Our charge for a blog site ready to go is $499 plus $17.95 per month for access to our numerous tutorials (cancel subscription at anytime) – normally completed in 72 hours, subject to your local MLS Board approval and of course timely receipt of your copy and photo's.
