We have included this one (it has nothing to do with real estate) because this clever young lady sucks you in and then shocks you into laughter towards the end. Think about how this could be translated into one or more of your videos! You can check out her blog here – she’s funny …

We have saved the best for last - this is described as a living brochure and must have cost a fortune, but my guess is it would absolutely sell the home.
