&#60;p&#62;You may be working for a Broker, but the reality is that you are in business for yourself.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;If you are under funded, have no marketing or business plan and not taking your career seriously enough - your future is not going to be pretty ...&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;So get some help, ask questions, find a mentor, take some training, listen to those that have gone before you and succeeded.&#60;/p&#62;
