Twitter and Beyond!
Twitter Tools to help you master digital networking in your real estate business.
Technology moves rapidly, but Twitter is moving at the light of speed! Currently there are more than 140 twitter tools available at the time of writing this post – the question is which ones should you use? In short -you should use whichever ones help you be more effective when it comes to social networking.
Here are a few of my favorite Twitter Tools.
tweetdeck - A single user interface / dashboard that allows you to stay up-to-speed with what’s happening now, connecting you with contacts on both Twitter, Facebook and more. Now available on the iPhone…
tweetbeep - You will love this one! Keep track of tweets that mention you, your products, your keywords, your company, anything you want to monitor, with hourly updates! Tweetbeep even works with shortened URL’s.
tweetlister - Easily create, post and manage all of your real estate listings with Tweetlister, schedule them to post as frequently as you like. The best part is you can now track all of your clicks & collect leads in one spot. Read more here:
futuretweets - Success is all about consistency and FutureTweets has you taken care of. Schedule your tweets to go out at a specific time in the future, send a recurring tweet daily, weekly, monthly or yearly. Never forget your friends birthday or anniversary again. Try using it as a reminder for yourself.
SnapTweet - Easily share your Flickr photos on Twitter. Fully automated & tag-based posting now available.
HootSuite - The ultimate twitter toolbox. Manage multiple twitter profiles, pre-schedule your tweets, track-n-measure your success.
Twitxr - Share pictures from your cell phone and automatically publish them on your favorite social networks. Add your location to your picture & status updates to let your friends know where you are and what you are doing.
TwitSay - Get your own twitsay number, record your audio tweets so your twitter followers can listen to your tweets.
Summize - Similar to tweetbeep, Summize allows you to setup custom searches on Twitter so that you can find out who’s tweeting about topics you are interested in. Example – Realtors may want to know who is talking about buying/selling real estate in their zip code.
TweetVolume - Very cool – Get to know the current trends by seeing how often they appear on Twitter.
TwitterLocal - A purely Adobe AIR based application that allows you to filter Tweets by geographic location.
If you are using WordPress for you blog, check this site out for some cool plugins for Twitter. You can also search for Twitter plugins inside your WP control panel under the plugin section.
