Great article about Twitter for Real Estate!
I wanted to let you know about TweetLister.com, a fast-growing tool for posting, managing, scheduling and searching real estate listings on Twitter. We just announced our Version 2 release, featuring enhancements that add tremendous value and marketing power for all its users. The service remains a free, fast, simple, user-friendly way to place your real estate listings on Twitter, and enhancements transform the service into a versatile, full-featured, must-have tool for marketing any property.

The website is located at http://www.tweetlister.com.

Version 2 features are: Enhanced Listing Details, including more photos, more property features, personalized links to your website, and more; Broker/Owner Profile Information and Dedicated Listings Pages, including a page with your bio and all your listings; Associate Multiple Twitter Accounts with one TweetLister Account, so you can post properties for different regions, or different types of properties, or individual brokers to their own Twitter accounts; New Search Features, so you can now search by City or Neighborhood, State, Country, Keyword and Minimum and Maximum Price; and the ability to Add Listings in Bulk, a custom service.

I hope you will take a look at the site and consider mentioning it on your blog!

Update: So I started using the Twitter Rocket system on Monday; well to be specific I spent One Hour on Monday, 30 min on Tues and 30 min this morning and my Twitter followers has grown approx 300%.

I have altered the system slightly to test my theories on how this may work for Real Estate and I am very pleased with the progress. My goal is to have a group of targeted followers that I can engage with for profitable relationships. NO SPAM!!!

However, I can easily see how you could grow your twitter account to thousands .... if you are in the SPAM biz AND it seems that 90% of tweets are SPAM :(

It costs $97. Period. Free is free.

Of course that's not bad, in fact it seems like a pretty good deal. I would have felt a little better if somewhere in the article you mentioned $97 rather than being surprised after committing to the read and then following the link only to find out that in order to get the free stuff you have to pay. Not trying to be offensive, just pointing it out. :)

Aaron - I am sorry that you were confused! The Rocket System does cost $97; however, the strategies presented in the system are FREE.

Thank you for reading our blog site - we appreciate your comment.

If it's free, why do I have to pay $97 for Twitter Rocket?

I'm either confused or mislead. Hopefully the former.
