Could Twitter Traffic Eliminate the need for Google Pay Per Click?

5 Simple Daily Steps to Increase Web Traffic to Your Real Estate Blog

twitter icon Twitter Rocket, will it work in real estate?Ashley Morgan over at UpstartBlogger recently released a 5 Day System called Twitter Rocket that walks you through how to use Twitter to attract thousands of new followers.

More importantly than the followers, Ashley tells you how to drive mad traffic to your blog. As a real estate broker and technology coach for Realtors around the world I am not that interested with the primary concepts presented in his Twitter Rocket system: affiliate marketing!

However, the principles of what he is teaching can be applied to the specific needs of any REALTOR!

How you may be thinking …

… Realtors want motivated buyers and sellers to visit their site more than anything!  Right?

So anything that works effectively to attract consumers to your site is a good thing.  Add to this, the fact that these strategies are FREE and the traffic is high quality and targeted, you get a grand slam!  Before you go and say something like "I don’t have time to twitter", ask yourself …

Do you have 1 hour per day for 5 days to attract hundreds or even thousands of new consumers to your Realtor blog?  What else are you going to do during this hour to get in front of this many consumers? As if this system didn’t already give you enough information to drastically increase your blog traffic, Ashley’s report shows you how to automate the hardwork.

These techniques will help you decrease the amount of time and effort you are putting into your blog and social media sites while your traffic will continue to grow.

I downloaded the Twitter Rocket system a couple days ago, it took me about 20 minutes to read the ebook cover to cover.  Later that evening I logged onto my pc and begin to implement the Twitter Rocket system into my Twitter account, after maybe 45 minutes I had completed the following steps:

  • Optimized my twitter account settings
  • Automated my twitter & facebook accounts with a steady stream of keyword rich content
  • Setup auto reciprocal follows using a cool twitter tool
  • Submitted my twitter account to a handful of quality twitter directories
  • Flushed my twitter account of my non-followers

When I woke up the next morning I noticed I had several comments on my Facebook profile in response to my "automated" tweets.  How cool is that.  Approximately one hour of my time invested so far and I already have results to show, very cool!  The best part is that I haven’t even started the official 5 Day System yet.  I plan to begin the 5 day system on Monday.

Check it out and let us know how you are using it to increase your business.

If it’s free, why do I have to pay $97 for Twitter Rocket?

I’m either confused or mislead. Hopefully the former.

Aaron – I am sorry that you were confused! The Rocket System does cost $97; however, the strategies presented in the system are FREE.

Thank you for reading our blog site – we appreciate your comment.

It costs $97. Period. Free is free.

Of course that’s not bad, in fact it seems like a pretty good deal. I would have felt a little better if somewhere in the article you mentioned $97 rather than being surprised after committing to the read and then following the link only to find out that in order to get the free stuff you have to pay. Not trying to be offensive, just pointing it out. :)

Aaron – thank you, I will keep this in mind when writing future posts. I started Day 1 of the system today -spent about 65 minutes working on it. So far so good.

Update: So I started using the Twitter Rocket system on Monday; well to be specific I spent One Hour on Monday, 30 min on Tues and 30 min this morning and my Twitter followers has grown approx 300%.

I have altered the system slightly to test my theories on how this may work for Real Estate and I am very pleased with the progress. My goal is to have a group of targeted followers that I can engage with for profitable relationships. NO SPAM!!!

However, I can easily see how you could grow your twitter account to thousands …. if you are in the SPAM biz AND it seems that 90% of tweets are SPAM :(
