Get MORE Traffic.  Really, I Promise, Guaranteed!

To quote a line from a favorite movie, Tommy Boy: "Hey if you want me to take a d*mp in a box and mark it guaranteed I will; I got spare time"

Recently I have been bombarded with website company sales calls, all promising to be better than the next.

Maybe you have gotten the calls yourself, you know they start out something like this: 

"Hi Drew, this is X and I found your name when doing some research online.  Are you still active in real estate?  Oh great, let me ask you … would you like to get more buyers & sellers contacting you ….?"

I won’t mention names, because my goal isn’t to bash these companies.

My goal is to bring awareness to Realtors so that you can save thousands of dollars each year.  Some of these salespersons are nicer than others, but beware … try to dismiss one of them and their salespeople can get down right nasty. 

Earlier this week I spent 45-60 min on the phone with several salespersons and on the surface their websites look very attractive: nice template designs, drip campaigns, IDX features with lead capture, contact mgmt,  etc…. 

All of them have similar costs that include a setup fee ranging from a couple hundred bucks to a few thousand plus monthly fees in the $50 – $100 range.

So what is the guarantee?

Most go something like this:  We guarantee you will receive 60 new visitors / leads to your site with 2 months!

When I asked how they could guarantee this, they all responded with some variety of "We are really a marketing company selling websites".  When asked point blank what they were going to do to drive real traffic to my site their guarantee promises began to break down.  Bottom line is this …The only guarantee in life is the guarantee you give yourself … and this is questionable most of the time.

What you find in the fine print is much different:  They will only stand behind this guarantee if you have successfully completed specific tasks within a specified time. 

Let me warn you … 99% of you will never complete the requirements to cash in on your guarantee!
