Mobile Zestimates on iPhone

Zillow just released an innovative new iPhone app ..

Using this free app the iPhone pinpoints your location using it’s built in GPS technology and then displays real-time real estate information and data as you walk down the street.

I think this is a bit creepy actually …

… imagine a burglar trawling for secluded expensive homes

That aside the app can also search any neighborhood, regardless of where you happen to be at the time.
