I agree, it's all about the relationship! I have clients that I have been working with for over 10 years now. Social media is good to spread your message, but yes, it's all about that human interaction.
Thanks for your honest insight. I am so excited for Agent Reboot in Boston! I absolutely agree with you. I recently met a bunch of people at a little party that one of my previous clients (now friends) was having. I was amazed at how many of them knew who I was based on fb and my postings in my community pages. What I realize from this gathering is that there are a lot of "lookie lews" that enjoy fb and twitter but don't have the personality to really post or comment on my posts but they certainly do feel a "relationship" with me through my postings.
