“Building Lists” is a term commonly used in the Internet Marketing world …
… If you’re like most of us in the real estate industry, you created a Facebook Profile and started adding friends willy-nilly — peers, personal friends, childhood and college friends and co-workers alike.
You ended up with a jumbled mess of contacts with no clear understanding of why you have them on your list or what you are supposed to do with them now that they are!
The most common remark I hear from people is, “I don’t want to see photos of their family and friends, or care about what they did over the weekend and they probably don’t want to read my inspirational business quotes or read articles that I find interesting.”
